Sharon's Coconut Walnut Macaroon Bars Recipe
Mix base layer together and press dough into a 13” x 9” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden. Prepare topping.
Mix melted butter, sugar and Corn Syrup. Add salt, eggs and vanilla, stir well. Stir in walnuts and coconut. Spread evenly over cooled butter cookie base. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.
